STEPHEN JOHNSON brings over 10 years of cheer experience as a Coach, Head Instructor, Choreographer and competitor to Desert Devils. Along with leading the Desert Devils Cheer Program, Stephen is currently Head Instructor for the Universal Cheerleading Association, where he has been for the past four years. Stephen was on the ASU Cheer Team and was Captain of the team for 2 years. Currently Stephen is the Head Coach at Desert Devils.
BILLIE WARTENBERG, an Arizona native has a twenty two year history of coaching cheerleading. Billie graduated from Grand Canyon University with a BA in Biblical Studies and University of Phoenix in Secondary Education. She was an NCA Head instructor for seven years, College Cheerleader, All-Star Coach / Choreographer, High School and Middle School Cheerleading Coach / Choreographer. She has developed several award winning All-Star and High School programs in Arizona and Florida. She has won numerous National Championships and Grand Championships in California, Texas, Florida and Arizona.
CHANTAL PATTERSON brings over ten years experience of competitive insight and expertise to the Desert Devils Cheer team. Prior to Desert Devils, Chantal was a Assistant Coach for the all-girl competitive team, Zoe Cheer, in Bradenton, Florida. She was an all-star competitive cheerleader for 6 years on Arizona Heat Elite, Xtreme and Power teams, as well as, a cheerleader during her four years of High School.
